Ben Fisher (Guitar/B Vox) comes from a musical background. His Dad was a session player at Abbey Road Studios, along with being a regular on the live circuit in and around London.

Consequently, Ben spent much of his youth surrounded by music and musicians, by hanging around at his Father's gigs or by listening and learning in the studio.

Like his Dad, Ben started out on the drum kit. By the age of twelve he had decided to take the guitar more seriously, and has since spent many hours paying his dues and playing professionally.

He has played everywhere, from restaurants and dive bars, to mental institutions and performance halls, in New York, London and Paris.

He has a wide taste in music and is comfortable adapting to different styles. The various musical situations Ben has found himself in include: Blues, Soul, Bluegrass, Rock, Heavy Metal, Folk, Country, Jazz and Funk.

When he is not busy with Programmed2Function, Ben writes and performs his own material and can also be found in the studio, working as a session player for other people.

Tom Potten (Piano/Keys/Organ/B Vox) started piano lessons at the age of 7 and, with the guidance of his influential school music teacher Peter Dale, he developed his enthusiasm for music.

In 2002 he gained his Bachelor of Music degree from the London College of Music and Media, having studied with composer Kit Turnbull and Jazz musician Eddie Harvey. It was here that his passion for contemporary music really began.

Since then he has been working primarily as a piano teacher and session musician around the county, gaining Yamaha certified music teacher status in 2003.  He also recorded accompaniments for Spartan Press Publications in the same year and next year he will work with different publishers on a new series of books. Marc Wotherspoon (Drums/B Vox) is a performer and tutor who has studied,  performed and recorded with many artists from the UK, Europe and the USA.

Marc began playing drums aged 12 after being given the choice by his mum, while out shopping in Glasgow’s Barrowlands Market, between a COOL (well, his idea of cool)  pair of trainers or using the money as a deposit for a set of second hand drums.  He made a good choice and hasn’t looked back since.  He still doesn’t own any cool footwear though.

After receiving a full scholarship to study at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston when he was 16  Marc went on to receive his BA (hons) Jazz Studies from Leeds College of Music in 2001.  His influences are extremely varied and having played in all types of bands from Indian Ensembles to Metal bands, Circus Orchestras to Cruise Ship Lounge Bands Marc is extremely comfortable in any musical situation.

Marc currently  teaches at The Billericay Music Academy, as well as, Cheekychops Drum Tuition his own private tuition company. He is also the drummer for the Buddy Holly, The Legend Lives On tribute act, as well as, working on original material with Ben Fisher, The Funky TP and  Kerrie Angell.
